Instructions for Networking Rooms

• Networking Rooms are accessible only to registered participants after 14 August;

• You must be logged in Microsoft Teams with the registration e-mail AND the registered organisation must be Utrecht University.

Room 5.01 - Test your connection, chat and ad-hoc meetings

• You may open an ad-hoc ("Meet-now") meeting, post or chat.
• You may test your system by launching a testcall and opening an ad-hoc ("Meet-now") meeting.
• Ad-hoc meetings are limited to 20 participants.
• Do NOT schedule meetings in advance by including the Team channel, this will notify ALL conference participants.
• No other restrictions apply here outside the GeoUtrecht2020 General Code of Conduct.
• Note that the channel offers bots for automation and collaborative work.

Room 5.02 - Coffee Room (Bring your own coffee)

• This is a regular Teams meeting that you may join via the website.
• No restrictions apply here outside the GeoUtrecht2020 General Code of Conduct.
